A preventive health specialist and certified nutritionist with a passion for combining science, sustainability, and high-quality cuisine to uncover the secrets of longevity.

Growing up in Latvia, surrounded by nature and holistic traditions, I realized early on that true health is a synergy of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My great-grandparents, who lived vibrant lives well into their 100s, inspired me to explore the principles of long, healthy living. Although Latvia is not a “Blue Zone,” their intuitive lifestyle and nutrition choices reflected many strategies now recognized as key to longevity, sparking my lifelong fascination with healthy aging.


This passion stayed with me when I moved to Germany and pursued a career in hospitality management. Working in restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, I developed a deep appreciation for premium ingredients, sustainability, and the artistry of food. As a restaurant and food concept manager, I introduced healthier menu options and championed sustainable practices, proving that flavor and quality don’t have to be sacrificed for health. These experiences shaped my belief that food is not only a source of enjoyment but also the cornerstone of health and longevity.


A life-changing motorcycle accident became the catalyst for my true calling.

Confronted with the challenges of physical recovery, I became deeply fascinated by the science of cellular repair, regenerative medicine, and the body’s remarkable ability to heal. This journey of rebuilding my own health sparked a passion for understanding the deeper mechanisms of longevity and preventive care, leading me to earn advanced certifications in orthomolecular medicine, epigenetics, and physiology.

This journey led to the development of my Ageless Living Concept.
